Can you believe it?  We just keep on keeping on... We are open on Good Friday with reduced hours.  We'll be closing at 9:00pm instead of 11:00pm.

Sorry about the Inconvenience but the whats up youth program is canceled on March 14th due to March break.  The program will resume as normal next week on March 21st.

Yoga at Grand River Rocks!

Grand River Rocks is happy to offer free yoga classes to members and day pass holders on Friday nights at 7 pm.  There is an 8 person maximum for class volume, it is first come first serve.  A signup sheet is available at the front desk as early as 6 pm Friday night.

The class is geared toward both beginner and experienced climbers and yogis.  This class starts at 7pm sharp, if you are on the list but not present at the start, your spot will be filled by someone else.  If you are participating make sure to bring your own yoga mat.

The class will be an Ashtanga inspired class that will focus on increasing strength, endurance, range of motion, flexibility, and concentration.  The students will be flowing from posture to posture (vinyasa yoga) building heat within the body, increasing their heart rate, and detoxifying.

We hope to see lots of you out at the class.

Classes start Friday March 23^rd.

We're proud to be hosting a youth competition on January 28th, 2012.  Registration is now open @ http://www.mycompseason.com/register.comp?id=38

The event is for participants up to and including 19 years of age.

Please note that the walls will be open to competitors only during the competition.  The schedule is posted below.

The gym will remain open to regular business prior to and during the competition.  There will be sections of the gym closed off, starting on tues Jan 24th.  Including the entire lead wall.
